Role Purpose
Ankido is actively recruiting to hire Client Success Partner Baghdad who is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational execution of client accounts in the outsourcing contact center, BPO, and CCaaS environment.

Role Overview
The Client Success Partner is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role acts as the primary point of contact between Ankido Tech and its clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
First Line Support
· Perform first-line triage and resolve basic Genesys Cloud CX issues.
· Monitor Tickets log and track incidents per SLA
· Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 and communicate updates to stakeholders
· Coordinate with vendors and partners
· Support go-live and hyper care activities
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
· Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships
· Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and ongoing support
· Understand client needs and align Ankido Tech solutions accordingly
Account Growth & Retention
· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing accounts
· Support the achievement of revenue targets and client retention KPIs
· Monitor client performance and engagement to drive continuous improvement
Service Delivery & Coordination
· Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
· Track and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience
· Maintain clear documentation of client interactions and account status
Strategic Insight & Reporting
· Analyze client feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights
· Prepare regular reports on client performance, satisfaction, and growth opportunities
· Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 2–4 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
