Role Overview
The Product & Solutions Specialist is responsible for leading the lifecycle of the organization’s Product catalogue, ICT offerings, GTM, from strategic planning to commercial execution. This role ensures alignment between market demands, technological advancements, and the company’s business objectives, while driving sustainable growth and profitability across the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage ICT product portfolio across multiple domains.
• Ensure all offerings remain relevant, competitive, and aligned with vendor capabilities and delivery models.
• Assist in aligning long-term product plans with market needs and business goals
• Ensure pricing transparency and alignment across Sales, Finance, and Pre-Sales functions.
• Enable Sales and Pre-Sales teams through effective sales enablement
• Develop business cases for new offerings, covering market, financials, and implementation.
• Analyze industry developments, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform product strategy.
• Incorporate Sales and Pre-Sales feedback to improve offerings and close gaps.
Qualifications
Experience
• 2+ years’ experience in ICT product development, solution design, or B2B commercialization.
• Proven ability to manage products and solutions include pricing and performance outcomes.
• Experience in telecom, ISPs, system integration, or managed services is a plus.
Technical Skills
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Broad ICT knowledge: AI, cloud, data centers, cybersecurity, SaaS, CCaaS and infrastructure.
• Good knowledge in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration management and cross-functional skills.
Certifications
• Certifications in cloud and technical domains (e.g., OCI, AWS, GCP) are a plus.
• Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Dell, Fortinet, Cisco) are considered an advantage.
